Friday Harbor House. The next morning awaken to enjoy our signature continental breakfast. The adventure begins at 11:00am with sourdough bread, creating a batch using Friday Harbor House’s own unique sourdough starter. As the dough rises, we will discuss other fun cultured foods like beer and wine, cheese, chocolate, and vanilla, and the world cultures that created them. Newfound camaraderie will be toasted at 2:00pm with wine and a specially prepared lunch featuring the cultured fare. After the course and lunch is complete, you will be able to take a sample of the sourdough starter with you to continue your adventure at home. Package includes:
